The London Marathon
Our Fundraising Page
In 2025, the Sticky Stuff Store team will be taking on one of the world’s most famous endurance events — the London Marathon. As we prepare to tackle 26.2 miles, we are proud to be fundraising for Lepra, a charity committed to tackling disease, poverty, and discrimination across the globe.
By running the London Marathon, we aim to support Lepra’s vital work with people affected by leprosy and other neglected tropical diseases, helping communities access healthcare, education, and long-term support.
Why We’re Supporting Lepra
For more than 90 years, Lepra has been transforming lives by fighting leprosy — a disease that is curable, yet still surrounded by stigma and misunderstanding. Lepra works directly with communities to provide medical care, reduce discrimination, and help people live healthy, dignified lives.
Every pound we raise will help fund essential treatment, education programmes, and ongoing support for those who need it most.
Our Mission
This marathon is about more than crossing a finish line. As a team, we are running with a clear goal: to raise £10,000 for Lepra and contribute to their life-changing work.
Every mile we run represents progress towards better healthcare, greater awareness, and improved quality of life for people affected by neglected diseases. We are committed to giving everything we have on race day — and beyond.
How You Can Support Us
There are several ways you can help us make a difference:
-
Donate – Your contribution, no matter the size, will directly support Lepra’s projects and help us reach our fundraising target.
-
Share – Help spread the word by sharing our fundraising page and telling others about Lepra’s incredible work.
-
Support – Whether you’re cheering from the sidelines or following our journey online, your encouragement means a great deal to us.
Why This Matters to Us
The London Marathon is a huge personal challenge, but it’s also an opportunity to stand for something bigger than ourselves. Running for Lepra motivates us to push our limits, raise awareness, and give back in a meaningful way.
Together, we can help shine a light on leprosy, challenge stigma, and support efforts to eliminate the disease for good.
